This was a very powerful day! Chicago came together for a beyond worthy cause! We chose to stand up for a country that stood up for African people across the world! They simply refused to be colonized & rejected slavery! During the video I made a statement & it was cut @ “Haiti gave me something to believe in!” Whomever edited this joint left out a key point! Haiti made me a believer in revolution! Let’s continue to stand up for Haiti & it’s powerful yet poor people! This is the will of Toussaint L’Ouverture & his spirit will continue to thrive as we help build a nation who was cursed do to a desire to be free!
